The VLSIPL Annual Meet 2025 for Valvoline Global, themed EVOLVE, hosted in Goa. A residential annual meet combining strategy sessions with an outdoor stage, live entertainment and a destination experience.

EKNOS managed the annual meet in Goa end to end: destination venue coordination, outdoor stage and LED production, live entertainment, F&B and logistics, and multi-day on-ground operations.
