By accessing this website or engaging EKNOS for MICE events or travel services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and anyone else who engages with EKNOS.

EKNOS provides meetings, incentives, conferences, events (MICE), and curated travel planning services. Specifically, we offer:

• Corporate event planning, management, and on-site coordination
• Incentive travel program design and execution
• Venue sourcing, negotiation, and management
• Delegate logistics including travel, accommodation, and transfers
• Bespoke individual and group leisure travel itineraries

Quotes provided are estimates based on the information you give us at the time and may change with availability, currency fluctuations, or supplier pricing until confirmed in writing by EKNOS.

A booking is confirmed only once EKNOS issues written confirmation and any required deposit is received. Before that point, quotes and proposals are indicative and do not constitute a binding agreement.

• Payment terms, deposit amounts, and balance due dates are detailed in each proposal
• Deposits are typically 25 to 50% of the total estimated cost
• We accept bank transfer and major corporate payment methods
• All amounts are invoiced in Indian Rupees (INR) unless agreed otherwise in writing
• Late payment may result in supplier reservations being released without liability to EKNOS

Cancellation and amendment charges depend on supplier policies and the timing of your request. The terms applicable to your booking are provided in your proposal before you confirm.

• Cancellations made 90+ days before the event: deposit may be partially refundable subject to supplier terms
• Cancellations made 30 to 89 days before: deposit is typically forfeited
• Cancellations made fewer than 30 days before: full payment may be charged
• Amendments to confirmed bookings are accommodated where possible and may incur a change fee

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel and event cancellation insurance for all programs, which we can advise on upon request.

EKNOS coordinates services delivered by third-party suppliers, including hotels, venues, airlines, ground operators, and A/V companies. We act in good faith to select reputable partners and supervise delivery, but we are not liable for the acts, omissions, or negligence of those third parties beyond what is within our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from a booking shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to EKNOS for that specific program. We carry appropriate professional indemnity cover and will work proactively to resolve issues that arise during your event.

All content on this website, including text, images, branding, logos, event designs, and proposals, is owned by or licensed to EKNOS and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission. Proposals and itineraries prepared by EKNOS remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
